Company expands relationship by adding new Spinnaker Support services due to great responsiveness and high quality of service.
DENVER, June 27, 2013 – Spinnaker Support, the global market leader for SAP and JD Edwards third-party maintenance, application/technical management services, and consulting, announces today D+M Group continues to reap benefits from moving their SAP annual maintenance to Spinnaker Support.
D+M is a global company dedicated to enhancing life through inspired sound solutions delivered anytime, anywhere and is best known for their Denon, Marantz, and Boston Acoustics brands. They signed on with Spinnaker Support in September 2012 to receive third-party maintenance services for their SAP ECC 6 application. The company’s decision was driven by the high price of supporting its ERP systems at their overseas operation. D+M also cited that redeploying some of the ERP budget to other projects was a huge win for their organization. The savings allowed D+M to hire an additional IT resource in Japan to work on overall IT process improvements. In addition to the IT headcount, D+M IT will be able to return nearly $3M over the next 5 years to the business where it will fund other strategic initiatives, having significant top-line and bottom-line impacts for the organization.
Since joining the Spinnaker Support family of clients, D+M has had nothing but praises for the Spinnaker Support team.
